Our company, LYNN DELAGRANGE, INC., designs and builds for individuals and businesses. Some of the projects we can build for you are:

In a typical year we will build 20 to 30 single family residences, complete several remodeling/addition projects, and construct one or two light commercial projects. This volume allows us to provide the personal service necessary to successfully complete your project. We will build from your existing plans and specifications, or we will help design a home or building customized to your specific needs. We have a decorator’s studio which provides the convenience of virtual one-stop shopping for the selection of products you may want in your project.

Our company builds within a 60 mile radius of Fort Wayne. We are licensed in Indiana and Ohio and maintain good working relationships with county and town building and planning departments within this radius by continuously producing a quality product that meets or exceeds local and national codes. We have developed one of the best rosters of subcontractors and suppliers to be found in this area. These companies work with our two superintendents, Ron Schrock and Tony Lengacher, who use their experience to ensure that projects are progressing on time and with the quality you (and we) expect. They also are responsible for guaranteeing that should your home need service work, it will be addressed promptly and will be resolved satisfactorily.
